1. Checking Warranty

All watches come with a 7-day checking warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty allows you to check the watch for any manufacturing or functional defects.
After the 7-day period, no claims or exchanges will be accepted.

2. What Is Covered

Manufacturing defects in the watch mechanism or battery function within 7 days.
Incorrect product received (wrong model or color).

3. What Is Not Covered

Physical damage such as scratches, cracks, broken glass, or dents.
Water damage (unless specified as water-resistant by the manufacturer).
Watch tootny (breakage) or mishandling by the customer.
Normal wear and tear or issues caused by improper use.

4. Return & Exchange Conditions

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Item must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories or manuals included.
Customers must provide order number, name, and contact details for verification.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

5. Return & Exchange Process

Email us at wristorawatchofficial@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and confirm if it qualifies for exchange or refund.
Once approved, you will be guided through the return shipping process.

6. Refunds

Refunds are only applicable for valid return cases where replacement is not available. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

7. Important Notes

Delivery charges are non-refundable.
In case of return due to customer preference (not product fault), the customer must bear return shipping costs.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with our policy.
